Florent Resche-Rigon has studied Contemporary French Literature and Political Science in Paris, Rome and London. After graduated from the London School of Economics in European Studies, he specialised in European Affairs and International Cooperation.
Since 2008, he has worked on many EU funded projects, in Munich, Phnom Penh, Paris and Brussels, supporting international cooperation around the world in various fields – innovation, environment, sustainable development, poverty eradication and research.
Previously he has managed projects for an NGO in South East Asia and for a network of towns and regions engaged in international cooperation. He joined the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) in November 2015 in charge of a project with China. From October 2016 until February 2019 he was project manager for the TibArmy project.
